PIREP denial

Why was my PIREP denied?

Your PIREP may be denied by staff if we suspect that your PIREP may have been inaccurate or fake.

Denied PIREPs are considered final, and will not be recognized for appeal. Thus, re-filing a PIREP with modified parameters of the same flight will be ignored.

Falsifying PIREPs

NOVA staff will investigate all suspected cases of PIREP falsification. PIREP falsification is the misrepresentation (inaccuracy) of flight data that is submitted in your PIREP. Examples include unrealistic flight times, too little / too much amount of fuel used etc.

Verified instances of PIREP falsification will result in disciplinary measures against the member as seen fit by NOVA staff.

Miscellaneous details

NOVA staff may randomly select and ask for proof of flight completion. In this case, the in-game logbook and/or replays will be required as proof of flight completion. Pilots are reminded to submit accurate and truthful flight data in all PIREPs.
